Profile of Floor Coordinator

Interface between medical services and various departments like business development, legal services, billing, it, and provide medical/ expert inputs for smooth functioning of the other departments.

Mis reporting (daily, weekly & monthly basis) including data collection & analysis. Msh monthly review preparation and presentation.

To coordinate the implementation of protocols/ guidelines laid down by Quality Assurance Department.

To ensure adequate documentation of medical records.

Coordination with various departments for Maintenance, repair, and new equipment/ spare parts procurement.

Communicate, cooperate and perform related duties with other co- workers in the departments and in other departments in a courteous and efficient manner to achieve overall hospital goals and objectives

Responsibilities and Duties

Supervision and mentoring of service representatives and Operations Supervisors to ensure quality of service.

Development and generation of daily, weekly and monthly service reports.

Performs related duties as required.

Effective managements of complaints.

Assisting with fellow coordinators as needed.

Duties can include scheduling appointments, assisting with major decisions, helping, patients understand complex medical information, evaluating care quality, and working with other health care professionals.

Maintain proper records of resources and materials available in that area .

Collaborate with the health care team in designing and implementing policies and procedures.

Monitor the safety features of the Floor and improvise it.

Analyzing and presenting requisition to the management for necessary equipment.

Coordinating with various departments which includes : HR , MRD/ Reception, MIS, Maintenance, Admin , Store etc.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Graduate of any stream .


Good communication skill

Basic Computer knowledge ( MS-CIT ) ( preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month

Experience:- 1 year (Preferred)

Education:- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
