Job Summary

As looks to continue it’s growth in 2018 and into 2019, we are looking for some talented new teammates!

We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives to work in our Bangalore office. This position requires you to handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

The following applicant will be a self-motivated, team player,client focused, have an eye for detail, great organization skills and enjoy working with a small, but flexible team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer calls and respond to emails & Chats

Research required information using available resources

Manage and resolve customer complaints

Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customer information into system

Update existing customer information

Process orders, forms and applications

Identify and escalate priority issues

Follow up customer callswhere necessary

Document all callinformation according to standard operating procedures

Complete calllogs

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Language : Must– Hindi & English

Optional– Telugu, Kannada & Tamil

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Required language proficiency

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of callcentertelephony and technology

Min.6 months experience in a callcenteror customer service environment (Automotive industry knowledge is an added advantage)

Good data entry and typing skills
